COVID-19 Information

The health and safety of HC Medical’s clients, team members and those who visit our premises is a top priority. As such, and as the risks associated with COVID-19 continue to evolve, we are enhancing our existing measures to provide a safe environment.

Effective from 4 April 2022, unvaccinated clients will need to present for their appointment with a self-administered negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and acknowledge with their treating clinician that the RAT was taken in the previous 24 hours.

We recognise that these measures may cause some clients inconvenience, for which we apologise. However, to ensure a safe environment for everyone, unfortunately we will not be able to permit entry to clients or visitors who do not meet the above criteria.

This policy is subject to ongoing review.
